Positive illusory bias and its relationship to psychological security among middle school students

The aim of the research was to identify
1- Positive illusory bias among middle school students.
2-Significance of statistical differences in positive illusory bias according to its variable (gender, stage).
3-Psychological security among middle school students.
4-The significance of statistical differences in psychological security according to the variable (gender, stage).
5-The statistically significant relationship between positive illusory bias and psychological security among secondary school students Medium.
To achieve the research objectives, the researcher relied on the following:
The researcher prepared the positive illusory bias performance scale based on several educational scales and studies. The scale consisted of 20 paragraphs according to a five-point scale. The researcher also adopted the psychological security scale prepared by Before Shaqir, (2005), consisting of 54 paragraphs, according to a four-point scale, the researcher applied the scale to a sample of 400 middle school students, with 240 female students and 160 male students for the academic year 2024-2025. The results were as follows:
1-Middle school students have a positive illusory bias.
2-There are no statistically significant differences in psychological security depending on the variable (gender and stage).
3-Middle school students enjoy psychological security.
4-There are statistically significant differences in psychological security according to the variable (gender) and there are no differences in relation to for stage(
5-There is a positive correlation between positive illusory bias and psychological security among middle school students.
The research concluded with a discussion of the results and the presentation of some recommendations and suggestions.
