Psychological Flow Among Educational Counselors

The aim of this research is to identify the level of psychological flow among educational counselors and to determine the significance of differences between males and females. The researcher adopted a descriptive approach and developed a psychological flow scale based on Czesztimhalyi's theory. The scale consisted of 36 items, and its psychometric properties (discrimination, validity, and reliability) were verified. It was administered to a stratified random sample of 100 male and female counselors. The results indicated that the research sample of counselors exhibited psychological flow, and that the differences between males and females were not statistically significant. Based on these findings, the research offers several recommendations and suggestions .
