تأثير الاداء التنظيمي في السمعة التنظيمية دراسة تحليلية في الجهاز المركزي للتقييس والسيطرة النوعية

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحليل تأثير الأداء التنظيمي بوصفه متغيراً مستقلاً في السمعة التنظيمية باعتبارها متغيراً تابعاً في المنظمات العامة. تنبع أهمية الدراسة من التحديات البيئية التي تفرض على المؤسسات تحسين أدائها للحفاظ على مكانتها وتعزيز صورتها الذهنية. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في غموض العلاقة بين مستوى الأداء التنظيمي ومكانة المنظمة في بيئتها الخارجية، مع تحديد إسهام أبعاده المتمثلة بالرضا الوظيفي والالتزام بالعمل والتدريب والتطوير في دعم أبعاد السمعة التنظيمية المتمثلة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية وجودة الخدمة والإبداع. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة بلغت 153 موظفاً من الجهاز المركزي للتقييس والسيطرة النوعية. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS V.24 وMicrosoft Excel 2010، وتطبيق الوسط الحسابي الموزون والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الاختلاف النسبي والانحدار الخطي البسيط وتحليل المسار. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث هي وجود تأثير معنوي للأداء التنظيمي في تعزيز السمعة التنظيمية وتحسين مكانة المنظمة داخلياً وخارجياً.
