International Health Certificate and its impact on the movement of foreigners " The European Union as a model

The International Health Certificate is an official document issued by countries that facilitates the movement of people, citizens or foreigners, between them and proves that the holder of the certificate is healthy and has received vaccination against the viruses specified in the document. This document enables people to gradually resume normal life and move freely, for citizens and foreigners, as diseases, including viruses, affect thousands of people and have repercussions on health systems in countries and wide-ranging social and economic effects. It helps United Nations entities working in the field of development, which make up the United Nations Sustainable Development Group for countries, in preparing and developing preparedness and response plans for them, including the International Health Travel Document.
