The Complaint Policy

The complaints management:

  1. The complainant selects the complaint policy from the journal's website, fills out the complaint form, and submits it via email to the journal.
  2. Complaints are addressed within 7-21 days.
  3. The Editor-in-Chief receives all complaints and acknowledges their receipt.
  4. The complaint is reviewed by both the Editorial Secretary and the Editorial Manager, who investigate the claim and work toward a prompt resolution.
  5. The Editor-in-Chief is encouraged to propose improvements to the system and discuss them with the journal’s editors and staff.
  6. The Editor-in-Chief provides a timely response to the complainant with an explanation and relevant information.
