Article Processing Charge

A publication fee of 110,000 Iraqi Dinars is required for researchers within Iraq, while researchers outside Iraq must pay 100 USD. This fee must be paid before the publication process begins to cover the costs of peer review and plagiarism detection.

The journal offers discounts to graduate students to support young researchers in publishing their work. Additionally, scientific editors who contribute by editing at least five articles for the journal are eligible for a full fee waiver in recognition of their efforts.

If the manuscript is rejected, the fee will not be fully refunded; however, a partial refund will be issued, as part of the fee is allocated for reviewer evaluation and plagiarism screening costs.
