تحليل خطاب معرفي مقارن للأعمال الأدبية الصادرة عن أطباء أدباء عرب وأوروبيين

تُعد اللغة أداة معرفية أساسية في أيدي الأطباء الأدباء، إذ يوظفونها لتشفير انخراطهم المهني والإبداعي مع المرض،الجسد، والفناء البشري. وتتمثل الفجوة البحثية للدراسة في الكشف عن الاستعارات المفاهيمية والمخططات الثقافية الكامنة وراء تشفير آلام المخاض لدى أطباء أدباء ينتمون إلى تقليدين ثقافيين مختلفين. تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان كيف يتصور هؤلاء عتبة الولادة من خلال أطر معرفية متعارضة بشكل منهجي. وقد اعْتُمِد المنهج النوعي لتحليل البيانات؛ حيث اختير طبيبان كاتبان وهما: أسامة الشاذلي ممثلاً للتقليد العربي، وآرثر كونان دويل ممثلاً للتقليد البريطاني.ولتفكيك الأطر الكامنة وتوضيحها، طُبِّقت "نظرية الاستعارة المفاهيمية" مع "اللسانيات الثقافية"، وجرى تفعيلها إجرائياً عبر آلية تحديد الاستعارة .(MIP/MIPVU) وتكشف النتائج أن الكاتبين يشفّران العتبة ذاتها عبر استعارات حاكمة ومتعارضة؛ إذ يوظف الشاذلي استعارة (المعاناة رَحِمٌ مُنتِجَة)، وهي استعارة متجذرة لاهوتياً في الجذر (ر-ح-م) في حين يوظف دويل استعارة (الولادة قتال/معركة).وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن هذين الطبيبين الكاتبين يعكسان تكاملاً بين ما هو سريري وروحي في التقليد العربي، وعلمنة قتالية في التقليد الأوروبي
