Abstract

The marriage contract of important contracts that are essential to people about Islamic law has shown as well  as personal  status laws of legitimate ways to end decade and  perhaps the most  important divorce  , the forms in the matter if a husband divorce his wife to let reasons  to divorce , but it may happen that the pair called his wife without a specific reason which promotes with him responsibility  the pair to compensate the wife for material and moral damage which hit by unjustified due to divorce it is the   so-called compensation for divorce , has dealt with Islamic law ,as well as the law of personal status provisions for compensation for divorce , we will try to search through this statement the most important of conditions.
