Abstract

The study had aimed the acknowledgment of the employment satisfaction and its relation with the organizational performance in the teaching establishment the study had been carried out on the specimen from the teaching factory in the teaching institute Al-Suwairah and the study was based an a substantial supposition its signification  is ((the standard of the organization performance specifiable in the teaching establishment with the standard of the employment satisfaction)).

And developed for this purpose a form of questionnaires which is propositional to the nature of the study problem and its objective, the study has achieved to a group of conclusions from its most important is that the employment satisfaction through its basic and subsidiary cleanses represents a positive attitude which is reflecting in a clear way in the research organization in specifying the standard of organizational performance, and the study has resulted in a group of recommendation which serve its objectives.
