الدراسة الحالية هي تحليل خطاب نقدي تعتمد التعليقات حول منشورات محددة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيسبوك كأساس للتحقيق في الاندماج في العقل الجمعي والأيديولوجيات المستمدة من هذا الاندماج. "العقل الجمعي" هي نظرية في علم النفس وتعتمد الدراسة الحالية على هذه النظرية لاستجلاء تعليقات الفيسبوك حول قانون الأحوال الشخصية الجديد. تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى فهم ديناميكيات العقل الجمعي و مقومات الاندماج التي تنشأ عن الخلاف و السجال. الدراسة مختلطة في الاتجاه، حيث تمزج بين المنهج النوعي والمنهج الكمي للبحث لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المكونات الاجتماعية للاندماج في العقل الجمعي، و تشتمل على السخرية و الالفاظ النابية والشتائم والنقد والثناء والمنطق القانوني والمنطق الديني والمنطق العائلي والمنطق الشخصي والمنطق الاجتماعي والمنطق السياسي.
