Aims & Scope

It is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal that publishes research papers on resources related to the philosophy and study of Eastern and Western languages, social and human sciences, archaeology, religions, and arts, with a focus on social needs and developments. We welcome research articles, case studies related to the past and present, new technological developments and wide-scale applications, examples of "best practices," policies and strategies, and papers that offer lessons. Papers may originate from highly qualified international conference selections or regular submissions from researchers. Papers should target a broad audience of scholars, practitioners, public authorities, university professors, and graduate students.

Each research manuscript will be handled by an editorial board member and reviewed by at least two reviewers in addition to the editorial board member. Upon submission, authors may request to make individual manuscripts (anonymized) available on the journal's website for 20 days to allow the scientific and technical community to determine the manuscript's alignment with the journal's standards.

The journal's editorial board consists of scholars from various countries, including Iraq, Germany, Sweden, and Turkey, from different fields and scientific disciplines matching the research submitted to the journal for the peer review process, deciding whether the paper should be accepted for publication, considering the expert evaluations. The main evaluation and acceptance criteria are based on compliance with the journal's objectives and scope, and the innovation and practical relevance of the submitted papers. For more information on these procedures, please contact the editorial office at wjfh@uowasit.edu.iq.

The journal aims to communicate an initial decision on manuscripts within 30 days of submission.

Accepted papers will be processed immediately and made available online with a DOI number. Letters to the editors regarding published papers are encouraged and will be published after expert review.
