Abstract

The life of Fatimah (Peace Be Upon Her) is examined in two distinct periods of the life of the beloved Messenger of Islam (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him and His Family), with particular focus on the brief period following the Prophet's passing until her martyrdom. This period exemplifies her role as a practical and objective model of the true Islamic faith. Various stances and themes throughout her life highlight the importance of the fundamental human rights she embodied. This article presents several examples of human rights in the life of Fatimah (Peace Be Upon Her), including the right to life, the right to human dignity, the right to ownership, the right of individuals to determine their political fate and enjoy an ideal government, the right to freedom and political liberty, and the right to the social and political existence of women. The article also addresses the right of women to economic independence, charitable work, and the respect for the rights of family and community as demonstrated through her actions and words.
